Order Process
Read the How To Order, Terms & Privacy and Item Conditions sections before ordering.
If you wish to use the site shopping cart, please set up an account.
If you prefer to not set up an account, please e-mail your order to: orders(at)ominous-domain(dot)com
Shop in the store and complete your order including any special instructions (like shipping preferences).
A confirmation e-mail with order total including shipping should arrive immediately. If not, please contact us directly
Pre-order Process
Orders may be placed for items prior to their arrival if they are listed in the shop.
Payment is not expected for any item not in stock although payments are accepted for them if desired.
Orders which contain pre-order items will not ship until all items are available unless separate shipping is requested.
Payment Options
There are no fees for any payment method listed below.
Please follow the instructions during the order process to submit payment.
Credit/debit card via PayPal in USD or EUR.
Checks via Paypal in USD only. Note that checks must clear before items are shipped.
Cash in USD or EUR.
Money orders in USD only.
Shipping Information
Shipping is calculated based on the weight of your order and shipping destination.
The table below provides estimates only.
United States:
Shipping is based on First Class Mail, where possible, or Media Mail rates with delivery confirmation.
If Priority Mail is preferred, add this as a comment to your order and an adjusted invoice will be sent.
US postal regulations allow only CDs, cassettes, DVDs and vinyl to be sent via Media Mail, orders with other items ship at a Priority Mail rate.
Canada:
Default shipping is via unregistered economy Airmail which does not include tracking.
CDs include jewel cases but may be shipped without them for a reduced rate, add this request as a comment to your order and an adjusted invoice will be sent.
Faster shipping via First Class Mail is available and may be added to your cart while shopping. The rate is in addition to the standard economy rates quoted during checkout. First Class service is trackable to Canada.
Orders which contain more than 3 vinyl items may calculate at an incorrect rate, please contact us for a quote which will likely be less.
Note that orders in excess of 4.25 pounds (about 2kg) may be split into multiple parcels
World:
